Back in August, Karen convinced me that I just HAD to crocket the Raindrops Broomstick Lace Shawl (Ravelry Link)  from Interweave Crochet Summer 2009 for the store, and really, how could I argue. It’s crocheted in Valley Yarns 2/10 Merino/Tencel, has beads, and is really just stunning. I had also never tried broomstick lace before, and who am I to scoff at a craft challenge? :)
